In 1991, Travis & Sue Jenkins founded All-Tex after realizing there were no dominant, reputable contractors in the home improvement industry.  Drawing on a life-long pool of experience within this industry, Travis was able to steer a small start-up company into the preeminent, multi-million dollar organization it has become.
