Sales Professionals - Now Hiring!
Description & Duties:
- Call on pre-qualified and pre-set in-home residential appointments selling our Home Improvement projects and products.
- Travel throughout Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio areas to call on regular and
prospective customers to solicit orders.
- Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalog,
and emphasize features and benefits.
- Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts
for orders obtained.
- Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense
accounts.
- Work with account support team to keep account
activities, records, sales cycle progress and literature up to date.
- Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems to facilitate the
sale.
- Follow-up with customer upon completion of projects to facilitate good customer relations and increase repeat business.
Requirements:
- Professional appearance.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- College degree is a plus but not required.
- Construction and sales experience are a plus.

Residential Construction Managers
Description & Duties:
- Manage job scope from start to finish.
- Will
be primary point of contact for customers representing
All-Tex as a professional organization at all times.
- Communicates with scheduling department and Tradesmen
regarding timely completion of work.
- Assists scheduling
department with any necessary re-routing of work due to
customer cancellations, delays, or other factors that
influence productivity and efficiency.
- Completes all
required customer account data entry into appropriate
applications.
Requirements:
- High School or equivalent and 3 years
related experience and/or training.
Office Administration Assistants
Description & Duties:
- Answers incoming customer calls and directs
them to the right locations to ensure customer satisfaction
and escalates calls appropriately.
- Completes all required
customer account data entry into appropriate applications.
- Filing of paid invoices and receipts and other paperwork as
necessary.
- Type bids for salesmen as necessary.
- Issue
purchase orders to vendors when called in.
- Payment
processing Order operations forms and supplies.
Requirements:
- High School or equivalent and 1 year
related experience and/or training.
Customer Service Representatives
Description & Duties:
- Set sales appointments and enter into
appropriate software application.
- Completes all required
customer account data entry into appropriate applications.
- Answers incoming customer calls.
- Support sales team while
they are in the field (provide directions to customer
address, call customer, etc.).
- Greet customer’s coming into
visit showroom.
- Enter salesman’s commission into appropriate
application.
Requirements:
- High School or equivalent and 1 year
related experience and/or training.
