Below are answers to questions you may have about using the Free Estimate form located on the right side of this page and throughout our website.
  • Q: What happens after I fill out and submit the Free Estimate form on your website?
    • A: The information you provide is instantly transmitted to our customer service department who stands by to assist clients from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. In most cases you will be contacted the same day to complete the free estimate process.
       
  • Q: How long does it take to get an estimate after I fill out the Free Estimate form?
    • A: In many cases we'll be ready to provide this service as soon as the next day. Our field estimators work long hours six days per week helping clients receive fast, accurate home improvement estimates that meet their budgets.
       
  • Q: If I enter my phone, email and address into the Free Estimate Form will you add me to any phone or mailing lists?
    • A: No. We do follow up with clients to schedule estimates and services and to ensure our service has met your needs but we'll never add you to any lists.
       
  • Q: Do you share any information I send with other companies?
    • A: No. The information you provide will be used only to contact you and fill the request for an estimate. If you choose to apply for financing then we may verify credit history through a third party.
       
  • Q: I want a service that isn't listed on your Free Estimate form. Do you perform more services?
    • A: Yes. We perform more home improvement services than are listed on the form. Simply tell us what type of service you seek and we'll let you know if we can help.
       
  • Q: I'm not available during the times shown in the Preferred time of estimate choices. Can I schedule my estimate for another time?
    • A: Yes. We understand that clients have busy schedules too and we are flexible in the days and times estimates can be performed. Let us know when you're available and we'll do our best to meet your needs.
       
  • Q: Does an estimator need to visit my home to provide an estimate?
    • A: Yes. We take pride in providing accurate and affordable estimates you can count on. Every project has unique aspects that require a visit to the site where our estimators can take careful measurements and asses the exact needs of the job.
       
  • Q: Who should be at home when the estimate is performed?
    • A: The home owner or owners. Your estimator will provide product and service options, important choices which only the owner(s) can choose from. We cannot provide estimates if only minors, neighbors, or friends are available.
